Pricing is based on a standard room during regular season rate periods, unless otherwise noted.

Sweetheart Getaway

Perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, or any special occasion. Bed and Breakfast for two people in perhaps a fireplace-whirlpool room with queen size bed and spectacular mountain views. A bottle of champagne, Vermont chocolate sampler, and a seasonal bouquet of flowers in your room the night you arrive. Add this package to any stay for an additional $55.

This is the best buy for skiing at the Stowe Mountain Resort. Pricing from $112 for a two day lift ticket, three day $168 and you also get a choice of one of the following; a two hour demo (ski or board) or a night lift ticket. Check dates available for night skiing. Pricing for 4, 5, 6, 7 days offer savings as well from $208 for the 4 day to $336 for the 7day. You will receive the benefit of the 2 and 3 day package plus a choice of a multi day child lift ticket, or coupon for 25% off a child's multi day program or a multi day ski or board rental. Offer not available during holiday period. But you will find savings on the multi-day holiday rates too. Come early (November and early December) or late (April) and enjoy extra savings for theses dates on your lift tickets. Advance purchase required.

Cross Country and or Snowshoe Package

Stowe's interconnected touring centers make ski touring and snowshoeing an endless adventure. The centers make Stowe the largest cross country ski and snowshoe center in the country. The famous Trapp Family Center in Stowe is where America's 1st ski - snowshoe center started. This package includes three or more nights Bed and Breakfast lodging for two at the Brass Lantern Inn and touring to your heart's content for three days. It is a magical trail system woven into the fabric of this 200 year old New England community. Skiing and snowshoeing for all ages and abilities. You will find this an exhilarating and romantic adventure. Rates start at $375 for two Bed and Breakfast for three nights and three days of trail passes. Other rooms are available. As options snowshoes and or x-c skis are available for rent from a local shop and can be added to the package. Also consider adding a Vermont Picnic basket as another option. Moonlight in Vermont

Three nights Bed and Breakfast lodging for two at the intimate Brass Lantern Inn. A welcome bouquet of flowers, a bottle of chilled champagne or wine, and Vermont chocolate sampler in your room on your day of arrival. Pick your night for a romantic moonlight sleigh ride followed by an exquisite candlelight dinner. Your authentic sleigh ride will travel through open meadows with splendid views and through stands of hardwood and softwood trees. Keep an eye out for some native active winter creatures, perhaps a snowshoe rabbit, a snow owl and maybe a whitetail deer. Rates start at $485 for two Bed and Breakfast for three nights in a standard room. Or opt for one of the inn's whirlpool or fireplace-whirlpool rooms. Let a new winter romance begin, or rekindle some old flames.

Winter Adventure

Three nights Bed and Breakfast lodging for two at the Brass Lantern Inn. This is a great way to experience the winter wonderland out in nature's crystal palace of winter snow. The package includes the following items. Choose any of the following snowshoe tours (various pricing). Enjoy a guided snowshoe trek with an area naturalist in the moonlight and have a secret stop over for wine and cheese, available evenings. Ben & Jerry's Snowshoe tour and ice cream too, offered day time on Also can include fondue dinner during the evening. A first tracks beginner tour is available during the morning. And if that's not enough add a little ice fishing. Two day cross country/ snowshoe pass for the area touring centers. Available January through March, weather permitting. Rates will vary based on your stay and tour selections. Note tours not available on all days. Contact the inn with your dates of stay.

Christmas Tree Package

Light up your Christmas with a piece of the Green Mountains. There's nothing more special than a fresh cut Vermont Christmas tree. Now this New England tradition could be yours. The fragrance of pine, fir, or spruce are part of the holiday ambience. The tradition of visiting a tree farm, 3 minutes from the inn to pick out your own Christmas tree and or wreaths evokes the holiday spirit. This package is available November 1st through Christmas Eve. You can even cut your own. Stay any number of nights. Prices for two Bed and Breakfast and a tree up to 8 feet tall start at $125 for a one night stay prior to the holiday season. Multiple night stays available too. Add another package or activity to your stay, or just some R&R. Another option available, choose and or cut and have your tree shipped home or to a friend or relative, approximately $75 to $100 continental United States.

Summer Packages

Brass Lantern Inn Summer Romance Package

Bed and Breakfast lodging for two, perhaps in whirlpool room with queen size bed and spectacular mountain views at the intimate Brass Lantern Inn, in picturesque Stowe Vermont. A Vermont picnic basket (includes, bottled water, sandwiches, chips, fruit, & homemade cookies) in addition to a intimate carriage ride through the hillsides of Stowe, Vermont.

Golf Package

Bring your soft spikes only. A choice of golf at a championship 18 hole caliber course or a more modest neighborhood golf course both right here in Stowe. At the Stowe Country Club, the setting is so spectacular you will have a hard time keeping your eye on the ball. The Brass Lantern Inn can arrange your tee time and cart use at this championship par 72 course. At the Farm Resort 9 or 18 holes, the choice is yours on this par 36 course set in a 200 acre countryside. Stowe Country Club rates per person: early and late season mornings $55, afternoon $45 and twilight $25 and holiday and summer mornings $75, afternoon $65 and twilight $30. Add a cart at $18 per person.

At the Farm Resort the inn offers prepaid vouchers. Just add to your room rate. Inn discounted rates per person are: 9 holes $25 and 18 holes $40. Carts are included if you forget clubs they are included too. Your choices are not limited, as there are three more courses within 15 minutes of the Inn. Scroll down for more packages and rates. Special Custom Activity Package For Our Guests

A package just for you. The inn will build a package to suit you. Most summer activity components can be used to build your own specific Brass Lantern Inn Activity Package. When you make your requests, please note some components are date and time specific. If it's available during your dates of stay the inn will make every effort to build your custom activity package.

Outdoor Adventure Activities

If you are adventuresome and like the great outdoors, this is for you. Start with a self-guided day hiking trip in the natural and pristine setting of Stowe. Nature's flora and fauna will surround you, and breath-taking vistas will entrance you. Maybe you'll be surprised by some local wildlife, perhaps a moose or a spiraling hawk. Then try a half or full day canoe or kayak trip with shuttle trip and instruction on a nearby lake. Maybe a horseback trail ride appeals to you. Add yet a fly casting clinic. You're not done yet, how about an introductory (10 minute) glider ride or longer for those who like to soar unfettered. Certainly you've expanded your adventure skills to enjoy the outdoors while here in Stowe. Perhaps you may stay another day and bike Stowe's scenic countryside and byways on your own, don't forget to ask for suggestions and perhaps a map. These activities are available in the summer and fall seasons. We'd be happy to help arrange some or all of these activities for you. Some may become available with Brass Lantern Inn vouchers as vendors sign on.

Arts and Theatre, Cultural History Package

Tickets to a "Music in the Meadow" concert, a dinner basket for two, and Stowe Theater Guild tickets for the current production, a guided lantern historic village tour and a self guided covered bridge tour and map. Check calendar of events for dates of the concerts and shows. Other rooms available. This package is available during the July through the October season. Combine with lodging at the Brass Lantern Inn and the inn will get tickets in advance for you. This package subject to event ticket availability

History Package

A great way to discover Stowe & Vermont's past at a casual pace. Three nights Bed and Breakfast lodging for two. Enjoy a guided scenic trolley tour of Stowe and learn about the town's history. Walk the quintessential village of Stowe at twilight with a guided lantern tour, from the 175 year old steeple church, to the former electric trolley depot. Tour the covered bridges in the county with a self guided map. Prices start at $325 Bed and Breakfast for two with this package in a standard room, other rooms available from $385. Extend your stay at regular rates. Top all this off with an optional day or two at the Shelburne Museum, hailed as New England's Smithsonian. Ask for a discount voucher to save on admittance to the museum, for this special option. It is one of the world's great museums of folk art, artifacts, and architecture. This package is available during the summer season.

Attractions and Area Activities

Visit some of the area's most popular attractions. Spend the day at Stowe Mountain Resort. Activities are; a gondola skyride, hike on the mountain or have lunch on your own before you return via gondola to enjoy the exhilaration of a ride on the Alpine slide, use of the inline skate park, which includes a choice of one time bike or inline skate rental. Your preference skate or bike at the Stowe Mountain resort facility. In addition, during the day or evening enjoy a round of golf at the Stowe Golf Park, it's golf in miniature not miniature golf., Stay another day and take a tour of the famous Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory Tour on your own. Visit the well-known factory where Chunky Monkey, and Cookie Dough Ice Cream is made with Vermont milk. Another on your own suggestion is to visit the "Granite Capitol of the World," Rock of Ages visitors quarry. They've been in operation for over 100 years, and granite from there has been used around the world. You'll see each step of the whole process. Available summer and early fall.
