There is a two-night minimum stay for all Holiday/Special Events listed.

Exceptional Value Everyday

There are no mandatory service charges added to your room rate at the Brass Lantern Inn. Be sure to consider this if you are comparing rates. You may add gratuity at your own discretion.

All rates are daily room rates for two people including a full hearty country breakfast. Additional people in same room are $25.00 per person Bed and Breakfast per day. Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax is Additional. No accommodations for pets.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn, in compliance with Vermont Law. Non-compliance will result in a minimum surcharge equal to your single day rate.

Reservation Policy

An advance deposit is required for any reservation. It can be done by credit card at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

Refunds of advanced deposits, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be made if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival (30 days for holiday periods such as fall foliage, Christmas week, New Years week, Martin Luther King weekend, President's week, 4th of July weekend, & special events weekends). If you cancel your reservation within the required 14 or 30 day period prior to arrival, your advanced deposit is non-refundable. Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Your deposit confirms your entire reservation. Parties that shorten their stay, do not show and same day cancellations are responsible for the entire period that they reserved.

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Listed rates are subject to change. During fall foliage, holidays and peak weekends minimum stays are requested and/or may be required. No credit or refund will be made for early departures.

Ski Packages - the cost of the lift tickets will be charged to your deposit in full at time of initial reservation. The Mountain charges us for those lift tickets at that time and are non-refundable.

We recommend guests consider travel cancellation insurance if weather or other issues may impact your plans.

Check In / Check Out

Regular check in time is 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. Please call in advance for arrival after 10:00 p.m. Earlier arrivals are accommodated as space becomes is available. Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. The Inn can accommodate small Weddings and Conferences and provide meals (2 to 50 people.) Gift Certificates are available.
